Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure the smooth operation of our studio and accommodate the needs of all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice Guests are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to scheduled appointments. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total appointment cost. No-Call, No-Show Policy Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-call, no-show") will result in a fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment cost. Cancellation Fee The cancellation fee is designed to compensate the esthetician for their time and lost wages due to the missed appointment. This policy ensures fairness to both the practitioner and other guests who may have been unable to book due to your appointment being canceled with insufficient notice.
