Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
As appointment times are reserved especially for each guest, we kindly ask for the following:
• Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
This policy helps protect reserved appointment times and allows us to better accommodate all guests.
